Bagadhar Brahma Kishan College, Jalah
Bagadhar Brahma Kishan College, Jalah, originally known as Kishan College was established on the 16th day of August, 1978 at Jalahghat of the then greater Kamrup district, now included in Baksa district of BTR, Assam. However, after a few years, the College was renamed with public consensus as Bagadhar Brahma Kishan College paying a deep obeisance to late Bagadhar Brahma, a dedicated farmer and a humble social worker.
